This years RDA spring tour is titled afterWARDS and is a look at residential projects within Houston’s 6 wards. Our renovation of Engine Hall #2 and the Casita are on the tour, and we are excited to share this work in progress. Located in the East End, Houston’s 2nd Ward, this 1909 Firestation is being converted to a residence. The Casita is an 1890’s Folk Victorian cottage that has been moved to this site, along with 5 other similar houses on adjacent properties.

The tour is April 11 and 12, from 1pm – 6pm. Find more information about the tour here.
